Every stage starts with a physical walkthrough to assess which rooms to stage and how, usually 7-10 days out from date of photos or listing. We then create a staging plan, a contract and​ an invoice. Once the home is clean, vacant and ready for staging we come in with our team to install. Generally we de-stage the property after appraisal and inspection have been completed.

We can also send an estimate well in advance by request for homeowners who are going to be listing in the future and are curious about pricing.
